<u>Service Description</u>: simply unplugged provides physical, curated activity boxes designed for two adults. Each box contains multiple activities, materials, and printed instructions intended for at-home experiences.
<u>Box Content & Experience Format</u>: Each simply unplugged box contains a curated set of physical materials, activities, and printed instructions designed for two adults. While the theme and specific contents may vary each month, each box is structured to provide a complete at-home experience.
<u>User Accounts</u>: When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
a) safeguarding your password and account information
b) all activities that occur under your account
c) notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
d) maintaining the confidentiality of your account
<u>Acceptable Use</u>: You agree not to use our service for the following:
a) for any unlawful purpose
b) to violate any applicable laws or regulations
c) to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of simply unplugged or others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
<u>Content & Intellectual Property</u>: All content on this website is the property of Simply Unplugged and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Sharing content on social media for personal, non-commercial use is permitted with proper credit to Simply Unplugged.
<u>Subscriptions</u>: simply unplugged offers prepaid subscription plans. Customers are charged upfront in full for the selected subscription duration (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans). These plans do not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
When placing your order, you can choose the Thursday of the month you would like to receive your box. Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the selected Thursday to be delivered that week. Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the next available Thursday.
<u>Billing & Cancellation</u>: Subscription plans may be paused or cancelled with at least 3 days’ notice before the next scheduled shipment. Cancellation will apply only to future shipments and does not entitle the customer to a refund for any already billed or dispatched boxes.
Refunds are not provided for delivered boxes. However, if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers may contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution. You can find more information in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
<u>Delivery Schedule</u>: Orders are delivered on the selected Thursday of the month chosen at the time of purchase. Customers must place orders at least 3 days prior to the selected delivery date to be included in that cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
<u>Delivery</u>: We dispatch orders on or before the scheduled delivery date to ensure timely arrival. In rare cases, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier disruptions.
<u>Service Availability</u>: We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
<u>Limitation of Liability</u>: simply unplugged is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.
<u>Product Disclaimer</u>: Our products are intended for personal entertainment. Simply Unplugged is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the activities or materials included in the boxes.
<u>Governing Law</u>: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
<u>Changes to Terms</u>: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we may provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
